THE JOB:

Step behind the scenes where unforgettable entertainment comes to life. As a Stage Technician at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional sound for world-class performances. From setting up and operating professional audio systems, backline equipment, and sound consoles to supporting rehearsals, sound checks, and live productions, your technical expertise will help create seamless, high-energy experiences for every audience. Working alongside an experienced entertainment team, you will ensure every performance is executed with outstanding audio quality, precision, safety, and excellence.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist with the load-in, setup, and breakdown of audio equipment and backline for bands, DJs, and live performances
• Set up and operate video equipment, including cameras, projection screens, displays, and video switching systems
• Assist with rigging lights, speakers, scenery, and other production equipment for entertainment venues
• Operate rail systems, motors, and stage equipment during rehearsals and live performances
• Support rehearsals, sound checks, cue execution, and live show operations
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on audio, lighting, video, rigging, and entertainment equipment
• Maintain a safe, organized, and production-ready work environment
• Collaborate with entertainment leadership and production teams to ensure flawless show execution

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Exhibits 2+ years of prior relevant experience in an Entertainment venue
• Operates audio, lighting, video, and stage equipment with confidence and attention to detail
• Exhibits strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with professional audio equipment
• Maintains flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, rehearsals, and live events
