Job Description

Sales Performance Management

  • To support Sales Management Reporting: Sales Performance Measurement Matrix; Revenue & Product Achievement Analysis / Penetration Analysis Reporting; for the purpose of assessing each team/branch or region’s strengths and weaknesses in order to develop appropriate business and strategic plan for each region with different nature.
  • To monitor the achievement of non-performing staff, and report to management on their progress monthly.
  • To provide sales activities tracking tools and monitor to ensure sales activities are implemented as planned within budget, and expected leads / sales closure are met.
  • To support the design & implementation of tactical campaigns for respective channels or products to boost sales & assist the management in ensuring the budget are met.
  • To support the Development and continuously improve the online system for performance management, sales analysis & auto-computation of commission.

Sales KPI / PEAK Management

  • To support the design & implementation of the KPIs for ACG
  • To support & provide monthly update on the Service KPIs.

Sales Incentive, Tactical Compensation & Planning Support

  • To support the design & implementation the Sales Incentive Scheme, for the purpose of motivating the sales & service team & assist the management in ensuring the budget are met.

Sales Compliance

  • To support & monitor and reinforce sales compliance guidelines to ensure staff awareness e.g. mis-selling, conflict of interest, etc.
