Asset Management Analyst I

Supports the Asset Management team with analytics and operational support for railcar distribution across North America. Coordinates movement of railcar equipment to shops, repair facilities, storage locations, and field operations to meet maintenance, program, and retirement schedules while minimizing downtime. Manages recurring reporting and performs basic analysis to support decision-making. Prepares reports on railcar movement, equipment status, enroutes, and scrap activity based on business needs. Communicates regularly with internal teams and external rail partners to address issues impacting railcar movement and capacity. Works closely with the Fleet team to maintain accurate system data. Also supports project management efforts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to execute asset management initiatives aligned with fleet goals.
