ACG_3639_JOB Our client is a leading e-commerce enabler in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: Responsibilities 1. Investor Relations & Capital Markets • Own and manage OnPoint's investor relations activities — building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, private equity partners, and financial institutions. • Develop investor-facing materials: equity story, company presentations, financial narratives, and board/management reporting packages. • Support CFO in all capital markets activities, including equity and debt fundraising, banking relationships, and credit facility management. • Coordinate with external advisors (investment banks, legal counsel, Big 4) on capital markets workstreams — acting as the internal point of contact who drives deliverables and manages timelines. • Monitor market developments, comparable company positioning, and investor sentiment to inform the company's capital markets strategy. 2. M&A & Corporate Development • Lead and oversee M&A workstreams — target screening, financial modeling and valuation, due diligence coordination, and post-merger integration support. • Structure financial terms for key transactions and strategic partnerships. • Evaluate new business opportunities, market expansion strategies, and capital allocation decisions across Vietnam and SEA. • Build and manage relationships with investment banks, advisors, and strategic partners. 3. Group Financial Consolidation & Reporting • Oversee group-level financial consolidation. • Ensure the team deliver accurate, timely, and compliant group financials and management reporting packages. • Ensure group reporting is board-ready and meets the disclosure standards required for a listed company. 4. Team Leadership & Development • Lead, mentor, and develop Strategic Finance team • Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations for each direct report aligned to IPO milestones. • Build a high-performance, IPO-ready finance team culture — rigorous, collaborative, and commercially aware. • Work closely with CFO on team resourcing, organizational design, and capability-building for the Strategic Finance function. Requirements Qualifications Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or Master's degree is a plus. • 10+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, Big 4 advisory, corporate finance, or strategic finance - with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. • Solid background in investor relations and/or M&A - with experience managing institutional investor relationships, building investment cases, and running due diligence processes. • Experience in group financial consolidation, multi-entity reporting, or cross-border finance is an advantage. • Proven ability to work alongside and coordinate external advisors (investment banks, Big 4, legal) on complex, multi-workstream engagements. • Experience in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG is advantageous but not required. Skills & Competencies: • Strategic thinker who can zoom out to the IPO horizon while managing near-term execution with rigor and urgency. • Strong financial modeling skills; familiarity with IFRS and VAS. • Excellent executive presence — credible and compelling with institutional investors, board members, external advisors, and C-suite stakeholders. • High ownership mindset — able to lead multiple complex workstreams simultaneously without close supervision. • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken); strong written communication for investor-facing materials.
