JOB OVERVIEW Job Details Job Title: Urologist Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: East Chicago & Hobart, Indiana Service Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Duration: 3to 6 months Target Start Date: Within the next 4 to 6 weeks Clinical Schedule Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible schedule Call Schedule: Shared call rotation Call Ratio: 1:4 Patient Information Patient Volume: Flexible clinic schedule Patient Demographics: Adults (primarily) Admissions: Included as needed for inpatient coverage Rounding: Included Phone Consults: As required Facility Information Health System: Powers Health Medical Group (PHMG) EMR System: Epic (Inpatient & Outpatient) with AI functionality Practice Setting: Established employed physician group Reason for Recruitment: Practice growth and expansion Position Highlights Established practice located 30 to 45 minutes from downtown Chicago. Job Requirements Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Licensure: Eligible for Indiana medical licensure Schedule: Full Time EMR Experience: Epic experience preferred Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urologic conditions. Perform procedures within the scope of urology practice. Participate in a 1:4 call rotation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide high quality patient care.
