Manager Content/Sr. Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic content professional with a strong background in journalism, content writing, editorial management, and media engagement. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional English writing and editing skills, a deep understanding of current affairs and social issues, and an established network within the English media ecosystem. The role requires strategic thinking, content leadership, media liaison, and the ability to develop impactful communication products that enhance organizational visibility and influence. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Editorial Management  Create high-quality, engaging, and impactful content in English for organizational and client requirements..  Write and edit articles, opinion pieces, press releases, feature stories, reports, speeches, blogs, newsletters, and other communication materials.  Lead content development, editorial planning, and publishing activities for the India for Children news website.  Ensure content accuracy, consistency, quality, and adherence to organizational communication standards.  Translate complex policy, social, and developmental issues into compelling and accessible content for diverse audiences.  Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, and opinion leaders.  Coordinate media outreach activities and support media engagement initiatives.  Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities for increased visibility and thought leadership.  Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and clients to develop communication products and campaigns.  Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.  Provide editorial guidance and support to team members, consultants, and contributors as required. Additional Responsibilities  Undertake any other assignments related to content, communications, media relations, and knowledge management as assigned by the supervisor or client.
