Bilingual HR & Admin Assistant | Midlothian, VA | In-Person

The Role
This is a full-time, in-person position at our Midlothian nursery. You'll be the go-to person for HR and administrative support—helping new hires get started, keeping records organized, and making sure our team members (especially Spanish-speakers) always have someone in their corner.
No HR degree required. We'll teach you what you need to know.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Welcome and onboard new team members
- Help employees navigate benefits enrollment and questions
- Keep HR records and documentation up to date
- Assist with payroll and timekeeping
- Bridge communication for our Spanish-speaking employees
- Pitch in with general office tasks as needed
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Speak, write, read Spanish fluently (this one's a must)
- Stay organized even when things get busy
- Enjoy working with people from all backgrounds
- Are comfortable with basic computer tools like Google Workspace
- Have some office or HR experience—or are simply ready and willing to learn
- Are comfortable coming in person 40 hours/week
