Claims Team Lead – Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Who are we Fulcrum Digital is an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company providing digital transformation and technology services right from ideation to implementation. These services have applicability across a variety of industries, including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing. Experience Required 5 to 8 years of end-to-end claims handling experience. At least 2 year of team management or leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of claims handlers/adjusters. Manage work allocation, team productivity, and SLA performance. Review complex claims and provide guidance on coverage and liability decisions. Monitor quality, customer service, and operational performance. Conduct file reviews, training sessions, and performance discussions. Handle escalations and ensure timely claim resolution. Support new transitions, workflow, SOP creation, and process improvements. Prepare performance reports and communicate with stakeholders. Requirements Skills Required Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making and escalation management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and operational reporting tools.
