Data Solution Architect (with PEGA)

Salary: 1300-1500 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk/Warszawa/Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on building and enhancing a strategic platform for managing customer group structures within the Credit Risk domain. The solution supports the identification and analysis of relationships between customers, helping the organization improve risk monitoring, governance, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Acting as a Solution Architect within the Information Capability domain and as a Data Architect for Credit Risk initiatives
• Translating business, functiona l, and non-functional requirements into high-level solution designs
• Defining detailed solution architectures and providing technical guidance to development teams
• Facilitating requirement-gathering workshops with Product Owners, Process Owners, and SMEs
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, architects, and project team members across the organization
• Creating, reviewing, and maintaining architecture and design documentation
• Ensuring alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and data management principles
• Managing architecture-related processes, artifacts, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience with architecture and technology implementation of large-scale enterprise solutions
• Understanding of modern application stacks incorporating open-source and 3rd party vendor technologies
• Experience with integration architecture and common integration patterns supporting batch and real-time processing
• Understanding of data and information architecture , including data modelling and data management technologies
• Experience using solution modelling tools, notations and practices for architecture modelling
• Strong communication skills and the ability to guide, build consensus and work as part of a project team
• Business understanding of banking areas such as credit risk and credit portfolio management

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in cloud data warehouses using Snowflake
• Experience with ETL pipeline development using Snowflake
• Experience in setting up CI/CD for ETL pipelines in Snowflake
• Experience orchestrating ETL pipelines
