You will play a critical role in delivering elevated, high-touch service to our premium members, ensuring every interaction reflects the finesse, discretion, and excellence that RSC stands for.
Your Profile
- Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of Red Stub Club members, managing end-to-end service requests with ownership.
- Understand member preferences and ticketing requirements, offering relevant options, solutions, and curated experiences.
- Proactively anticipate member needs using strong emotional intelligence and contextual understanding.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to secure optimal inventory, pricing, and experiences.
- Take complete ownership of requests from initiation to execution, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and continuously enhance the member experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions, preferences, and requests in CRM systems.
- Manage multiple concurrent requests efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Your Checklist
- Experience in high-touch client servicing, hospitality, events, concierge, luxury, or similar roles; prior exposure to premium clientele preferred.
- High emotional intelligence with clear, warm, and polished communication; discreet and trustworthy in dealing with premium members.
- Proactive, service-driven mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to anticipate member needs.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently and remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Strong command of spoken and written English with working knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and professional email etiquette.
- Passion for entertainment, live events, and cultural experiences; flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
