Job description
Job Purpose: We run paid, performance-driven demand generation for a B2B Cloud business. The incumbent will own the budget, channel mix, and CAC outcome across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and field/event channels and will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through performance marketing initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: • Full ownership of paid digital spend (Google, Social, Programmatic, EDMs), including CAC and ROAS outcomes. • Drive channel mix decisions based on cost-per-SQL and cost-per-won-deal metrics. • Coordinate with Product and Technology teams to translate roadmap into campaign messaging. • Align marketing spend and pacing with Sales pipeline targets and business priorities. • Manage agencies, influencers, and channel partners against defined KPIs. • Partner with Content teams to drive funnel-based marketing initiatives. • Identify and optimize funnel leakages across CTR, CVR, lead quality, and attribution. • Support event-driven pipeline generation activities. • Own CRM hygiene and lifecycle optimization as a core responsibility. Additional Responsibilities: • Drive quarter-over-quarter CAC efficiency improvements. • Contribute towards pipeline growth and sales-cycle velocity. • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Leadership teams to optimize marketing performance. • Participate in scenario-based assignments and business reviews as required.
