About the role As MarTech Engineering Lead, you will own the data engineering and integration strategy that underpins an entirely new MarTech platform. You'll sit at the heart of the organisation - bridging business users, data analysts, data scientists, and architecture - translating complex use cases into concrete solutions for engineering teams to build and scale. You'll design integrations across the full marketing ecosystem: CDPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, Consent Management, and Customer Engagement platforms, all running on Google Cloud Platform. This is a senior leadership role with real ownership: you'll challenge vendors, review technical designs, and set the standard for how customer data is modelled, governed, and activated at scale. Based in the Netherlands, you'll be part of a large international environment with the scale and ambition to match.
