The Change Coordinator is responsible for managing and controlling engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle. The role ensures that all design modifications are systematically reviewed, approved, communicated, implemented, and documented in accordance with organizational processes. The incumbent collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering changes are executed efficiently while minimizing risks to quality, cost, and delivery.
