Job description
The Opportunity:
CACI is currently seeking a SME Business and Financial Operations Specialist to purchase machinery, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, or services necessary for the operation of an establishment. Purchase raw or semifinished materials for manufacturing. May negotiate contracts. Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Analyze budgeting and accounting reports.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises business and financial operations.
- Acquires machinery, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, or services essential for an establishment's functioning.
- Purchases raw or semi-finished materials for manufacturing purposes.
- May engage in contract negotiations.
- Reviews budget estimates for thoroughness, precision, and compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Conducts analyses of budgeting and accounting reports.
- Maintains liaison with government agencies, external customers
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, mathematics, statistic, operations research, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
- 10 years of experience or 15 + years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
Desired:
- MBA and/or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300 - 189,600 USD
