Job description
SWBC is seeking a talented individual to shoot and create video content for television, promotions, social, web, and other outlets.

Essential duties include the following:
- Visualization and filming of visual media projects and supporting departmental initiatives that elevate the implementation of best-in-class videography to be used across the company's media ecosystem.
- Creates and edits videos from ideation to completion. This includes storyboarding, planning, filming, and postproduction.
- Creates graphics to be used in video projects.
- Develops and manages video production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Collaborates with marketing and communications teams to align video content with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Offers video content strategies to achieve marketing and campaign objectives.
- Conducts on-site and studio shoots, managing all aspects of production including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Oversees the maintenance and organization of video production equipment, ensuring all gear is in working order and up to date.
- Implements feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content.
- Stays current with industry trends and advancements in video production technology and techniques.
- Coordinates with external vendors and freelancers as needed for specialized production tasks.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in film, television, or closely related discipline from an accredited four-year college or university required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in film production or relevant field required.
- Proficient in film lighting, camera techniques, and production equipment (e.g., cameras, lenses and tripods, lighting and grip equipment, etc.).
- Proficient in video and audio post-production.
- Proficient in video-based graphics.
- Extensive experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe AfterEffects, and Adobe Audition.
- Strong video and photo shooting skills.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Working knowledge of Adobe CC programs.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally with limited notice, as well as work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Able to creatively problem-solve with exceptional attention to detail and ability to assess needs and react in real-time.
- Able to troubleshoot technical, location, and talent issues.
- Technical knowledge of how to maintain an extensive inventory of film, lighting, and sound equipment is essential, as is the initiative to stay current on necessary upgrades.
- Able to lift, transport, and set up large film production equipment (e.g., dolly, jib, gimbal, light, and grip equipment) is also a must.
- Possess a reel of recent work that showcases a variety of shooting, lighting, and editing skills.
