Responsibilities

  • Performs outreach to patients
  • Schedules appointments
  • Coordinates with clinics to ensure appropriate appointments
  • Tracks details on excel spread sheet
  • Drill down of care gaps

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma and 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Epic System, running reports and data mining
  • Experience in Clinical Operations
  • Must have strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize, coordinate, perform and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in English composition, spelling, grammar, punctuation and basic math principles
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
