Make an impact supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs ! Lynch Consultants is seeking a Personal Financial Management Consultant to support federal initiatives . We are looking for someone who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference. Salary: Up to $105,000yr. Commensurate with experience.

Work Location and Schedule

This position is fully remote.

Required Qualifications – Must Have

• MUST have a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• MUST have 8 + years of relevant professional experience.
• MUST be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal. Public Trust background clearance.
• MUST have experience with Federal Human Resources, including GS pay scales, position descriptions, and hiring processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Federal Human Resources or HR consulting initiatives.
• Knowledge of Federal finance functions and organizational transformation efforts.
• Experience developing GS position descriptions, workforce planning, or supporting federal hiring processes.
• Experience working in a federal consulting environment or supporting government clients.
• Comfortable using Claude AI or similar AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification.
• Experience working with the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs.
