Position: Marketing Director

Pay and Perks
- Compensation: $100k-$120K; based on experience

About the Role
- Own and execute digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, SEO, email, SMS, automation, and lead generation programs for all business units.
- Manage business unit websites, landing pages, Google Business Profiles, review platforms, and local reputation touchpoints as conversion-focused brand assets.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management across the full lifecycle, including launches for new offers, brands, geographies, and partnerships.
- Drive promotional strategy, offer testing, and seasonal programming in coordination with Brand on creative needs, timelines, and calendar management.
- Own social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement across business units, leveraging AI tools to produce and test supplementary content.
- Build and operate the marketing technology stack, including analytics, ad platforms, automation tools, and AI-enabled workflows that improve execution and throughput.
- Track and report on CAC, LTV, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and funnel performance, translating data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer programs, and partner with Business Development to deliver field marketing support and audience intelligence.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; advanced degree or digital marketing certifications a plus.
- 5–7+ years of marketing experience with ownership of multi-channel digital execution, campaign management, measurable business outcomes, and direct management of marketing team members.
- Deep expertise across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, local marketing, and social media.
- Strong brand instincts with the ability to execute initiatives that protect brand equity and produce on-brand content across channels.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing execution, content production, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency with modern marketing stacks, analytics platforms, and automation tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across creative, business development, operations, and leadership while managing multiple priorities.
- Background in home services, health and wellness, real estate, or other local service businesses preferred; multi-brand experience and familiarity with Notion, Make, Claude, or comparable tools a plus.
