Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Vein Specialist Phoenix, AZ Full-Time | $140,000–$170,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Experienced in Vein Procedures? Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with hands-on experience performing Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA), Varithena, Venaseal, or other minimally invasive vein procedures ? We're seeking an experienced provider to join a rapidly expanding outpatient vein practice with 8 locations throughout the Phoenix Valley and 20,000+ successful procedures performed . - Perform minimally invasive vein procedures including Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) and Varithena
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage chronic venous disease
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, ultrasound technologists, medical assistants, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Travel between Phoenix-area clinic locations as needed Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arizona (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on vein procedure experience
- Experience performing RFA and Varithena strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient procedural practice
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- BLS required; ACLS preferred Compensation & Benefits
