AGM - Retail Leasing

Job Requirements

Objective of the role : The purpose of this role is to creatively lease the mall space to a mix of brands that best suit the target expected at the mall

Department : Retail

Location : Korum Mall

Qualification Required : MBA

Roles & Responsibilities

· To make lease presentations and conduct site and catchment area visits

· To be the primary interface for all enquiries related to lease of space, to systematically log all the enquiries and follow up on the same

· To approach key brands and make a sales pitch to them

· To be responsible for all correspondence related to lease of space (with brands & property consultants), making & filling the MOU’s, and actively participate in making lease agreements

· To coordinate and ensure timely completion of the fit out of shops in conjunction with the mall projects team & the client

· To collect market intelligence and prepare relevant reports

· To organize regular mall partners meetings as per the pre laid out calendar

· To collect and tabulate data in case of brands having revenue sharing arrangement with the mall

Work Experience

Experience Required : 12 – 15 years of relevant experience
