We have an exciting opportunity for x2 Order Specialists - Vehicle Acquisition to join our Leasing Team here at Holman UK. This role will be based in our HQ in Chippenham, with the opportunity for hybrid working (3 days per week in the office).
This is a permanent opportunity, and we are looking to pay circa. £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provide Lease quotations to support the New Business Sales teams and customers
Manage the end-to-end vehicle ordering process, from order initiation and confirmation through to delivery and closure, ensuring regular customer updates
Oversee and maintain orders within the bespoke online vehicle ordering system
Support the resolution of customer complaints relating to vehicle acquisition in collaboration with the Quality Team
Take ownership of customer relationships for bulk or new orders
Carry out general administrative duties, including responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues or escalating where appropriate
Manage the vehicle return process, ensuring clear communication and updates to customers throughout
Support the Sales & Marketing Team with bid proposals
Liaise with vehicle and equipment suppliers to support operational delivery
We are looking for candidates who have:
Experience working within fleet requirements, ideally within a dealership, fleet management, or a similar environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Proven experience in data manipulation, reporting, and analytical problem-solving using Excel
Demonstrable commitment to high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a process-driven environment and motivated to develop subject matter expertise
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to see tasks through to completion
Confident and assertive communicator, with the ability to adapt style for customers, colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders
Excellent questioning and active listening skills, with the ability to gather and interpret accurate information
Ability to prioritise effectively, manage workload, and consistently meet tight deadlines
