Studio Sales Manager

Studio Sales Manager required to work at Viktoria Nagyova, located at 4 South Terrace, Ballintemple, Cork. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in a managerial or supervisory role. A bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy or a related field would be considered an advantage. Duties will include: Liaise with the business owners to determine the range of Pilates and wellness services to be offered and contribute to the development of sales strategies and the achievement of sales targets; Discuss clients' requirements, carry out customer surveys and analyse clients' reactions to services, pricing, promotions and customer experience initiatives; Compile and analyse sales figures, prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and undertake market research; Handle customer accounts, memberships and corporate client relationships; Recruit, train and supervise junior sales and administrative staff; Produce reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management; Keep up to date with the studio's services, industry developments and competitor activities; Develop business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to support business growth.
