As a family‑owned, international construction and engineering group, we offer meaningful careers across building, infrastructure, rail, energy and off‑site manufacturing throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe, where people are supported to grow, make an impact and be part of positive change.

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Reporting Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to play a key role within the Supply Chain Insights function, supporting the delivery of accurate, high-quality data across procurement and supply chain activities. This role contributes to data-driven decision making by ensuring data integrity, supporting reporting processes, and enabling performance tracking across projects and suppliers. Working closely with internal teams and supply chain partners, the successful candidate will support the development of reporting capabilities and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Sisk’s values.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI (Business Intelligence).
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of supply chain and procurement data.
  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and structuring data from multiple sources (e.g. databases, Excel, APIs – Application Programming Interfaces).
  • Support data extraction and querying using SQL (Structured Query Language) or similar tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, insights, and performance outputs for stakeholders and management.
  • Support supplier performance tracking and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues across reports, dashboards, and data queries.
  • Document data processes, definitions, and methodologies to ensure transparency and consistency.
  • Support the development and maintenance of data workflows using SQL, Power Query or similar.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain reporting and analytics.

Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Exposure to data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Basic understanding of SQL or similar data querying tools
  • Understanding of procurement or construction supply chains is an advantage but not essential

Qualifications

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Some relevant experience is beneficial, but not essential
