Overview

Kia of Bowie is part of Group 1 Automotive , one of the largest and most respected names in automotive retail. We're growing and looking for an Automotive Product Specialist to join our team!

This is a full-time, hourly paid sales position where you'll be the go-to Kia expert for our clients. Your job is to know the product inside and out and make sure every client feels confident and excited about their Kia.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Kia expert — know the full lineup, trims, tech, features, and what makes Kia stand out from the competition
  • Walk clients through every step of their journey — from first look and test drive to delivery and beyond
  • Break down complex features in a simple, relatable way based on what each client actually cares about
  • Stay in close contact with clients and the sales team to keep everything running smoothly
  • Help clients understand their service plans, warranties, and maintenance options after purchase
  • Keep a professional appearance and uphold our dealership's standards every day
  • Jump in where needed and support the broader sales team as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years in customer service — dealership experience is a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Great communicator who connects easily with people
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Positive, energetic, and client-focused — someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
