Location: Danville, IL (In Office) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors at CCMSI's corporate office in Danville, Illinois. This highly visible role is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming experience while supporting daily office operations and managing a busy, multi-line phone system.
Success in this position requires exceptional customer service, professional communication, strong multitasking abilities, and unwavering reliability. The ideal candidate remains composed in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks effectively, and consistently delivers a positive experience to everyone they interact with.
As the face and voice of CCMSI, the Receptionist plays an important role in supporting our culture, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, clients, vendors, and office visitors
- Answer, screen, and direct a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, service-oriented experience
- Maintain the reception area and common office areas to ensure a professional appearance
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties including filing, data entry, correspondence preparation, labels, and document processing
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, checks, and deliveries
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
- Coordinate with team members to support office operations and administrative needs
- Prioritize multiple tasks and requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications

Must-Have Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy phone system while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Comfortable learning and using office technology and systems
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Compliance
The posted compensation reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
CCMSI offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Paid time off accrues throughout the year in accordance with company policy, with paid holidays and eligibility for retirement programs in accordance with plan documents.
