Automotive Store Service Manager
Job description
Store Service Manager
Precision Tune Auto Care
Lead the Store. Build the Team. Drive the Results. Raise the Standard.
Precision Tune Auto Care is looking for a Store Service Manager who is ready to lead with energy, ownership, and purpose.
We are part of a trusted automotive service brand with 50 years of history, a strong national reputation, and a clear mission:
To deliver world-class automotive care for every car, every customer, and every community by serving people first, communicating with integrity, inspecting with discipline, and fixing vehicles right.
This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-moving, sales-driven automotive service environment. The right person will lead from wherever the business needs them most - with customers, with the team, in the shop flow, on the phones, in the parking lot, reviewing inspections, solving problems, driving sales, and making sure the store performs at a high level.
This is a 6-day-per-week responsibility in a Monday-Saturday operation. We are closed evenings and Sundays, but this role requires a leader who understands that running a successful store means being present, engaged, and accountable when the business is open and the team is serving customers.
If you are competitive, coachable, customer-focused, organized, and ready to grow, this could be the right seat for you.

You will help recruit, train, coach, and develop the team while ensuring company programs, sales processes, safety practices, and operational standards are executed well.
This is not a sit-still leadership role. It requires the ability to move with purpose, jump in where needed, solve problems quickly, communicate clearly, and keep the entire store focused on serving customers well while achieving business goals.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
