Summary
We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to support the West Coast market. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the high ‑ tech sales environment. It is ideal for individuals looking to advance into broader sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily customer relationships through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Understand customer needs and develop mutually beneficial business solutions.
- Execute sales and business development strategies to drive growth within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across global and regional operations.
- Conduct advanced negotiations and provide consultative support to customers.
- Support marketing initiatives and market planning activities.
- Travel frequently throughout the assigned territory to support customers and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the electronics industry.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or engineering.
- Experience working within a culturally diverse global organization.
- Previous manufacturing sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with ferrite and soft magnetic materials preferred.
