IT Recruitment Consultant Trainee– Job Description

Company: Fortray Global Services Job Type: Full-time Department: IT Recruitment Time: UK TIME ZONE from 12 PM till 10 PM Location: Onsite. JOHAR TOWN, PIA ROAD

Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to below:

 Dealing with existing internal candidates in the UK/Ireland and guiding them about the UK Job

Market.

 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.

 Creating and optimizing Technical Resumes and LinkedIn profiles for the Candidates.

 Setting up the UK job board for the Internal Candidates.

 Hiring Candidates as per the organization’s requirement.

 Onboarding and offboarding of candidates.

 Getting up candidates' profiles in the ATS and following up as per guidelines.

 Conducting MOC interviews for our internal candidates and making sure they are ready for

the jobmarket.

 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve theintern

al hiring process.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment

activities inthe applicant tracking system.

 Follow-up on internal candidates, via pre-set email daily as per ATS and call them whereverpossible.

 Share the Technical and Recruitment/HR

existing technical questions using the templates via theshare point.

 Encouraging all the internal candidates to keep applying using, LinkedIn, UK/Ireland job

boards likeJobServe, CV Library, etc
