A Typical Shift
Your day is spent in a public-facing, onsite library setting in Cortez, balancing time between planning upcoming adult events and being available at service points when patrons need help. You may draft flyers or simple written materials, update calendars, and keep program-related paperwork organized. Throughout the week you'll interact with a wide range of adults-some who want quiet guidance with a computer task, others looking for resources to answer a specific question. The schedule is primarily Monday-Friday, with periodic early evenings and at least one Saturday each month to match community needs.
