We are seeking an IT Support Specialist (L2) professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex, escalated incidents, applying advanced troubleshooting to deliver reliable, lasting solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and prevent recurring problems
- Act as a technical reference point for the L1 team, supporting their growth and strengthening the overall service
- Contribute to and continuously improve the knowledge base, turning hands-on experience into shared expertise
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless escalation path and consistent, high-quality user experience
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of IT support experience
- Advanced troubleshooting skills (Windows, Microsoft 365)
- Knowledge of Intune / Endpoint management
- Understanding of ITIL processes
Miscellaneous
- EU citizenship is required;
- C1/C2 English is required.
