Location: Delray Beach, FL Position: Physical Therapist Assistant Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Office Assignment: One office location only Pay: $30–$36 per hour Benefits: Full benefits included + 21 days PTO

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant in Delray Beach, FL to join an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy office. This role is focused on carrying out treatment plans, supporting patient progress, and helping individuals improve strength, flexibility, balance, and movement.

The PTA will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and play an important role in helping patients complete active rehab programs safely and effectively.

Schedule Options

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment based on the PT’s established plan of care
• Assist patients with exercises, mobility work, and functional training
• Track patient response during treatment
• Communicate updates, improvements, or concerns to the supervising PT
• Help patients understand exercise instructions and clinic routines
• Document treatment sessions clearly and on time
• Support smooth patient flow in the outpatient office
• Active Florida PTA License
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Comfortable working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
