Job description
▪ Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
▪ Build and strengthen brand positioning, identity, and market presence
▪ Lead social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement
▪ Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing
▪ Drive event marketing, PR activities, partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives
▪ Develop marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and brand assets
▪ Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize marketing effectiveness
▪ Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, media partners, and content creators
▪ Support business development initiatives through compelling marketing and branding materials
▪ Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team as the department grows
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 8–10 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in brand building and developing marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, performance marketing, SEO, and analytics tools
- Experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, advertising agencies, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
- Commercial mindset with a solid understanding of how marketing drives business growth
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Fluent in English
