Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the commercial success of the team and qualifying for the monthly performance bonus.
  • Native or fluent German language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role, as you will be communicating exclusively with German-speaking clients and partners.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing commercial role — experience within digital advertising or the Google Ads ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and confidently present solutions that drive sales results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and persuasive approach to engaging prospects and decision-makers.
  • A self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with the resilience and drive to consistently perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required for internal communication; additional European language skills are considered a bonus.
