B2B Field Marketing Specialist

About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a global MNC in the technology sector with established operations in Japan and across Asia-Pacific. You will join a close-knit, high-impact marketing team in Tokyo, taking ownership of B2B marketing execution across field events, executive engagement, content, and lead generation in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing & Executive Events

• Own end-to-end execution of B2B field marketing events — trade shows, executive roundtables, industry summits, and corporate hospitality
• Drive executive engagement programmes, coordinating high-touch interactions between senior clients and internal leadership
• Manage all event logistics: venue, vendors, booth setup, materials, and on-site delivery
• Track and report on event performance, attendance, and outcomes

Lead Generation & Pipeline Support

• Support lead generation activities tied to field events and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate lead capture, qualification, and handoff to sales teams
• Work with CRM tools to track lead flow and conversion from marketing activities

Content & Partner Marketing

• Develop marketing content including case studies, promotional materials, and social media
• Support partner and ecosystem marketing initiatives
• Contribute to media content production and management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business priorities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or event marketing
• Strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple teams and deadlines simultaneously
• Business-level Japanese essential
• English or Chinese for cross-cultural team collaboration
• Background in technology, SaaS, enterprise software, or IT services preferred
• Experience in or with international companies is a plus

Work Arrangement

• On-site, Monday to Friday — Chuo-ku, Tokyo (Kyobashi area)
• Standard business hours: 9:00 - 18:00
• Overtime may be required during peak event periods
• Occasional travel for events may be required
