Join CAREonsite as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Occupational Health!
CAREonsite , a division of Tang & Company , provides occupational medical services nationwide . We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least two years of clinical experience and strong administrative, computer, and Microsoft Office skills .
This position manages the first aid station with minimal supervision , coordinates on-site clinic services , and supports disability case management while working closely with the nursing supervisor, Clinical Medical Director, and Operations Manager . Training in occupational health programs , including respiratory exams, hearing conservation, drug and alcohol testing, and surveillance physicals , will be provided.
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: PRN, as needed
- Pay Range: $32 - 34 / hr
What You’ll Do
- Disability Case Management – Support Third-Party Administrators (TPA) in managing disability cases, fitness-for-duty exams, and functional capacity evaluations.
- Employee Support – Assist employees in returning to work after an illness or injury and support absence control programs.
- Collaboration – Work with local HR and supervisors on disability case management.
- Occupational Physician Support – Assist with the fitness-for-duty (FFD) process and occupational health programs.
What We’re Looking For
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Certification from an accredited school.
- 1+ year of clinical experience (preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- IV Blood Draw Certification with recent experience or completion of a refresher course.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation (preferred).
- Experience in occupational health or injury/illness case management (preferred).
- Strong administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).
