Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standards.
- Ensure food safety, health and safety and compliance is followed at all times.
- To take control and ownership of a specific area of the front of house, with the flexibility to rotate around as needed.
- Assist with all front of house duties, and lead from the front.
- Carry out team briefings and be able to answer any team queries.
- Assist with the development of the team.
