Integration Specialist, Core Services
Job description
The primary responsibility of the Support Specialist for Core Integration Services is to facilitate the integration of 3 rd Party vendors and their services into the McLeod Software portfolio of software service suites. This includes the implementation of end-to-end data flow for all licensed modules.
What You'll Do
- Implement, configure, and support third-party integrations across the McLeod Software platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, data communication, and system connectivity issues.
- Support customer upgrades, server migrations, and interface changes.
- Partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to implement solutions, gather requirements, and drive successful integration projects.
- Conduct customer training and provide technical guidance on integration functionality and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with testing for product enhancements and custom solutions.
- Stay current on McLeod products, integration technologies, and industry trends while mentoring junior team members.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of customer software support, implementation, or training experience, or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required.
- Working knowledge of XML, Java, SQL, database operations, or related technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the transportation industry, preferred.
Preferred
- Experience with third-party software integrations or APIs.
- Transportation or logistics industry experience.
- Experience delivering customer training or technical consulting.
