Job description

What is the job? Regal is seeking a results-driven Group Sales Manager to lead and grow our group sales business. In this role, you'll drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives, client relationship development, and leadership of a talented team of Group Sales Consultants. You'll work with a wide range of clients, from corporate organizations and schools to nonprofits and community groups, creating unique cinema experiences that deliver value and engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales leader who enjoys coaching others, improving processes, and building strong partnerships. You'll have a direct impact on revenue growth while helping shape the future of Regal's group sales program.

What will you be doing?

  • You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Group Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • You will create and execute sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and implement plans to drive revenue growth.
  • You will support recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
  • You will manage complex sales opportunities, client escalations, contract discussions, and relationships with key partners and studios.
  • You will identify new business opportunities, improve sales processes, and oversee programs such as film festival bookings.

About you

  • You will have leadership experience and a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • You will possess strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • You will be highly organized, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will have experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and CRM platforms; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.
  • You will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree, theatre operations, sales, or call center experience preferred.
