What You Will Do
•
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using modern .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core 8), with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and clean architecture.

Build and integrate messaging systems and background services, ensuring reliable, event‑driven communication across distributed components.
•
Write and optimise MS SQL queries, indexes, and performance‑critical operations for high‑volume environments.
•
Contribute to architectural discussions, technical design sessions, and product brainstorming, helping shape the future of our platform.
•
Define and uphold engineering best practices across coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and system design.
•
Drive continuous improvement, staying current with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks that can elevate our engineering capabilities.
•
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, highly supportive environment where knowledge‑sharing is part of the culture.
What You Bring
•
5+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development.
•
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, API design, REST, asynchronous processing, and distributed systems.
•
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, MS SQL, SOA, and distributed caching technologies (e.g., Redis).
•
Experience with Typescript or Python is considered an advantage.
•
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
•
