Job description
We are looking for a highly organised and solutions-focused individual to join our Dunedin team. Our Client Assistants are a key part of our team, partnering with a Client Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support. This includes the delivery of quality service to clients, intermediaries and other divisions within Perpetual Guardian.
No two days are the same, as the role offers a dynamic and diverse range of responsibilities on a daily basis.
About You You will have strong experience in role requiring attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to keep pace with a busy office. While it is not essential for you to possess specialist knowledge in our industry (Wills, Trusts, Enduring Power of Attorney - you will receive full training), what you must be able to demonstrate is a drive and a track record of providing the highest level of customer service and administrative excellence! You will also be a team player.
