Perform sales & marketing strategies of the business unit with the objective of achieving the sales target and providing high levels of service quality.

Role Summary: 

An operations-focused role responsible for direct customer engagement, lead conversion, and supporting marketing campaigns. This role involves on-ground sales activities, client meetings, and follow-ups to drive property sales. The Executive assists in organising property launches, maintaining CRM records, and providing market feedback to managers.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing and real estate trends. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Management & Customer Engagement 

  • Engage with potential buyers and investors to convert sales. 

  • Manage customer enquiries, appointments and follow-up activities. 

  • Build positive customer relationships and customer experiences. 

Sales Support & Conversion Activities 

  • Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies for property launches. 

  • Support sales conversion and customer engagement activities. 

  • Assist in achieving assigned sales targets. 

Marketing Campaign & Event Support 

  • Support marketing strategies, including sales planning, advertisements and promotions. 
  • Assist in planning and executing sales gallery events and roadshows. 

  • Support project launches and promotional activities. 

Market Research & Competitor Monitoring 

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research. 

  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence. 

  • Provide observations and recommendations to management. 

System Updates & Reporting 

  •  Maintain CRM records and customer information. 
  • Update sales activity reports and lead tracking records. 

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting. 

 

 

Core Competencies & Technical Expertise: 

 

Technical Competencies 

  • Customer Engagement & Support – Assist in responding to customer enquiries and supporting lead follow-up processes.  

  • Sales Gallery & Site Coordination – Support the setup and operations of sales galleries, roadshows, and on-ground events.  

  • Market Survey Support – Assist in compiling competitor research and customer feedback reports.  

 

Mindset & Behaviours 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  

  • Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative on assigned tasks.  

 

Qualification and Experience 

 

Educational Background 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 

  • Certification or short courses in digital marketing, branding, or CRM tools is an added advantage. 

 

Experience Requirements 

  • Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure or 1–3 years of working experience in sales or marketing are encouraged to apply.
