Job Description

What You'll Do

The GE Vernova Finance Management Program - Mexico 2027 is a two-year early career development program designed to accelerate your professional growth and launch your career in our finance organization. The program combines rotational assignments with formal training and on-the-job learning across finance domains to build your functional, technical, and professional skills for long-term career development.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Complete rotational assignments over two years at GE Vernova to build breadth of experience across finance disciplines.
  • Gain hands-on experience through business-critical assignments and challenging projects that contribute directly to GE Vernova business priorities.
  • Work in Monterrey, Mexico, supporting key business priorities through rotational assignments across finance-related teams.
  • Contribute to high-impact projects under the guidance and mentorship of experienced GE Vernova leaders.
  • Develop a broad understanding of finance disciplines while gaining exposure to real-world business challenges in the energy industry.
  • Build strong technical and professional capabilities through a combination of practical experience, formal training, and leadership development.
  • Contribute to the activities of teams across rotational assignments paired with formal classroom studies.
  • Partner with teams from within the business unit to specify needs, communicate project approach, and present outcomes.
  • Develop a basic understanding of key business drivers and use this understanding to accomplish your work.
  • Build a strong understanding of how the work of your team integrates with other teams and contributes to the broader business.
  • Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills.
  • Work within a team setting and/or under guidance from an Assignment Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with direct colleagues and the business regarding project coordination and services rendered.
  • Present to leaders and collaborate with mentors and coaches throughout the program.
  • Actively uphold GE Vernova’s values by participating in our inclusive culture both inside the company and in the communities we serve.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fianalized Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management or Finance specialized from an accredited university or college.
  • Graduation from bachelor´s in 2026 or before July 2027.
  • Basic experience in Asset Management & Executive Support.
  • Finance related Masters Degree´s holders are also encouraged to apply with under 4 years of having graduated from their bachelors degree.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Legal right to work in Mexico.
  • Strong Written & Spoken English Language. (C1 is desired)
