Better Rehab is offering a $5,000 relocation bonus to support Occupational Therapists making the move to Hobart or Launceston, Tasmania.

• Community-based therapy
• Clinic appointments
• Work-from-home administration
• NDIS and/or Support at Home caseloads

What You'll Do

Based in Hobart, you'll provide occupational therapy services across a meaningful and varied caseload.

Depending on your experience and interests, your caseload may include:

NDIS

Support children, adolescents and adults to achieve their goals through:

• Functional capacity assessments
• Assistive technology recommendations
• Home modifications
• Skill development and independence-building interventions

Support at Home (Aged Care)

Support older Australians to remain safe, independent and engaged in their homes through:

• Functional assessments
• Falls prevention strategies
• Home safety assessments
• Equipment prescription and home modifications
• Reablement-focused interventions

You'll work across homes, clinics and community settings while building long-term relationships and seeing the genuine impact of your work.

You'll also be supported by:

• Dedicated 1:1 supervision
• Monthly group supervision
• Clinical leadership and mentoring
• A multidisciplinary team for collaboration and complex case support

• Bachelor or Master's of Occupational Therapy 
• General AHPRA registration
