Telecommunication Inspector
Job description
- Perform regular Quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors products.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet Quality expectations.
- Read plans, drawings, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Check all communication equipment, cable installation and verify that all activities are performed in accordance to approved drawings.
- Witness all kinds of testing and configuration of communication switches and server etc.
- Inspection of structured cabling system and installation of telecom tower materials and inspect the installation of tower and antenna.
- Inspect the termination of Fiber, RF and Co-axial cables.
- B.S degree in Engineering in a respective inspection discipline with at least four (4) years of experience in the relevant inspection discipline. OR two (2) years of industrial/technical College Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience.
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of applicable international standards (BICSI etc..)
- Demonstrated full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods.
- Awareness of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- CBT pass in PID-Communication Inspector is preferable.
