Business Development Manager

As we continue to expand across the Nordics, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. You will work closely with our Nordic Sales Team and Partner Management Team from our office in Aarhus while helping to grow Daisycon's advertiser portfolio across Denmark.
As a Business Development Manager
You are responsible for driving new business growth in Denmark. Your focus is on identifying, approaching and converting new advertisers. Through activities such as cold calling, outbound sequences, networking, events and your own commercial creativity, you build a strong pipeline and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You won't be building the Danish market from scratch. Daisycon already has an established presence across the Nordics, including advertisers, publishers, proven technology and an experienced team. Your role is to accelerate growth by bringing new advertisers into the network.
Please note: this role is fully focused on new business development. We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, building pipelines and closing deals.
Concretely, this means you will

Build and manage your own sales pipeline

Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, outbound campaigns and networking
•
Use tools such as HubSpot and Amplemarket and to manage prospecting activities
•
Conduct commercial meetings and negotiate partnerships
•
Translate advertiser challenges into affiliate marketing solutions
•
Work closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process after a deal is signed
•
Monitor market developments and identify new commercial opportunities
•
Contribute to Daisycon's continued growth strategy in Denmark

Your workplace in Aarhus
You will work from our office at Kirstinelund, a modern co-working environment just outside Aarhus city centre.
