Manage and oversee all legal matters for Energizer Egypt, including both Head Office and plant operations.
•
Organize and coordinate quarterly Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
•
Act as the key liaison between the local legal firm in Egypt, their international counterparts in the United States, and the Energizer Legal team.
•
Ensure timely updates of the company’s commercial register every quarter, as well as renewals of tax and industrial trade licenses.
•
Coordinate with all departments and the Alexandria plant to identify any organizational or banking changes prior to Board Meetings, ensuring accurate updates in the commercial register.
•
Successfully manage and execute amendments to liaison contracts.
- Coordinate all corporate meetings, including sending invitations, documenting minutes, and following up with stakeholders on action items.
- Plan and manage logistics for external conferences in line with company standards and objectives.
- Oversee hotel bookings, meeting arrangements, catering, transportation, and special requirements.
- Arrange DLT meetings held in Egypt.
- Negotiate competitive rates to secure the best hotel deals before signing corporate agreements.
- Manage annual hotel contract renewals, ensuring cost efficiency and maintaining a strong network within the hospitality industry. •
Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Business Director.
Support employees and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including maintenance and office equipment management.
Monitor and maintain office inventory and supplies, anticipating business needs proactively.
Collaborate with the Finance team to track expenses and manage invoices.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including translations, and ensure communication platforms are updated.
Supervise and manage office support staff (three office assistants), including task allocation, performance monitoring, and motivation to ensure efficiency.

What we are looking for
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
•
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role, preferably within a multinational environment.
•
Prior exposure to legal coordination, corporate governance, or board-level support is highly preferred.
• •
Strong understanding of corporate governance, legal processes, and compliance requirements.
•
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
•
Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) in both Arabic and English.
•
Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including legal firms and international teams.
•
Strong negotiation skills, particularly in managing vendor and hotel contracts.
•
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
•
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• •
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•
Experience with meeting management tools, communication platforms, and basic reporting systems.
•
Familiarity with document management and internal communication tools is a plus
