Location: On-site in Lubbock, TX
Hourly Compensation: $19/hr-$21.65/hr DOE

Overview
The Base Operations Administrative Assistant performs standard and advanced secretarial duties for Base Operations.
Essential Functions/Duties
- Assists with HR personnel reports and divisional HR issues as requested by the Base Operations Directors.
- Assists in collecting statistical data for operations as needed.
- Maintains division reports and records.
- Schedules meetings and appointments for the Base Operations Division as needed.
- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, ordering and shipping supplies.
- Maintains schedules of the Operational Division Directors including travel and lodging arrangements.
- Operate a company vehicle as needed to support business operations, including transporting staff or materials to and within the Lubbock region, in accordance with GMR travel and safety policies.
- Answers telephones, screens calls and takes messages for the Directors of Base Operations.
- Prepares correspondence and maintains files.
- Assists with the preparation and distribution of policies and procedures as they pertain to the Operations Division.
Education
- Associate Degree or equivalent in experience Training
- Computer skills to ensure proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook Experience
- Two years experience in related field preferred Abilities
- Ability to make independent decisions within the leadership framework as defined by the report structure.
- General office equipment skills needed (fax, copy, multi-line phone, etc.)
- Proficient in medical and legal terminology.
