As a People Matters Consultant this role is responsible for providing expert guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and ensuring legislative compliance, while partnering with leaders to deliver positive people outcomes. This role is open in our Sydney offices and is suitable for candidates seeking either full-time or part-time arrangements. What the day will look like Advise managers and colleagues on HR policies, employment practices, and compliance requirements. Partner with leaders to manage performance, resolve workplace issues, and drive engagement. Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary processes with professionalism and discretion. Support absence management, wellbeing initiatives, and flexible work arrangements. Contribute to organisational change projects. Collaborate with Employment Law and Compliance teams to mitigate risk and ensure best practice. Participate in global HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and experience that will lead to success Proven experience in employee relations or HR advisory roles. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle sensitive cases with discretion and integrity.
