Assistant Food Service Manager

The Assistant Food Service Manager assists with the supervision all crew members within the Service Deli and Orient Express Departments while they assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, they assist with tracking sales, managing the department’s budget, selecting and ordering product, building displays, ordering supplies and managing inventories.
