DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Clerk to play a vital role ensuring smooth-running of all transport scheduled activities.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will be

•

Preparing, organising, and issuing driver packs to ensure all routes and requirements are fully documented.

•

Delivering thorough driver pre‑briefs and debriefs to maintain safety, compliance, and operational accuracy.

•

Completing all transport administration tasks, including accurate data entry and record management.

•

Managing high‑volume telephone communication to support operational coordination and customer service.

•

Providing essential support to the night transport operation to maintain smooth overnight logistics.

•
